Bitget Unveils Gracy AI: Animated CEO Digital Human to Guide Crypto Strategy — Not Trade Calls
Bitget has rolled out Gracy AI, an animated digital-human assistant modeled after CEO Gracy Chen that’s designed to help crypto users think like leadership — not trade like an algorithm.
Unlike AI trading bots that chase short-term signals or lean heavily on historical price data (and can struggle when market regimes shift), Gracy AI focuses on interpretation, context and decision frameworks. Bitget says the tool won’t predict prices or generate buy/sell calls. Instead it’s built to guide users through market cycles, strategy planning, career choices and uncertainty management — the kinds of judgment calls a CEO might make.
Technically, Gracy AI is an extension of Bitget’s GetAgent platform, which already provides analytics and decision support. Where GetAgent emphasizes analytics and volatility navigation, Gracy AI is the user-facing, conversational layer: an animated digital human that explains reasoning, helps users frame problems and explore longer-term industry direction. Bitget bills it as the first animated digital human in the crypto sector created specifically for leadership-style guidance.
“A big part of my job is listening to user concerns, getting close to the details, and helping people understand what’s really happening in the market,” Chen said. “The team built Gracy AI around that same approach so more users can connect, learn and grow feeling supported by me and the team.”
Gracy AI is also part of Bitget’s broader UEX transformation and AI roadmap. To make interactions feel timely and personal, the company is launching themed conversation modules tied to cultural moments — for example, Valentine’s Day sessions focused on self-care and Chinese New Year conversations that guide users through goal-setting, perspective and planning. The aim is to make AI interactions contextual and educational rather than purely transactional.
The release follows Bitget’s wider AI integration across its platform, from market-insight engines to automated trading tools and GetAgent’s volatility features. By folding experience and perspective into a conversational interface, Bitget hopes to give users practical frameworks for decision-making, especially during volatile or unfamiliar market conditions — while clearly stopping short of price forecasting or automated trade recommendations.
